Most of the vehicles you rent will include a basic third-party liability insurance (required by law). Additional insurance such as damage to the motorcycle, lost of personal items, etc. you must review the listing or ask the owner if it is included or if you can purchase it for an extra fee.
Once you have picked the powersport you would like to rent, make sure you have the correct dates and proceed to check-out by creating an account.
During check-out, you will pay the booking fee which is 15% of the total rental price. The remaining amount must be paid when you pick up the vehicle.
You will need a valid credit card or debit card to pay the 15% booking fee.
The remaining 85% you will need to pay in cash at the location and time of the pick up.
Yes, a security deposit will be required before you start your rental. The amount will be posted in the information of the vehicle you are renting.
You can cancel, free of charge, up to 24 hours before the starting time of the rental. If you cancel with less than 24 hours, you will charged a full rental’s day fee.
Yes, you may request a modification of your reservation up to 24 hours before but it must be approved by the owner of the vehicle. If it is not approved, your rental will run as it was originally booked or you may request a cancellation (fees may apply).
The minimum booking period is 24 hours (one day). There is no maximum rental period but this should always be consulted with the owner of the vehicle.
The mileage limit will depend of the vehicle you are booking. Make sure to read the whole description of the vehicle as it will be stated there.
Pick up and drop off times are chosen by you when you are booking the vehicle. Nevertheless, these times will be coordinated and approved by the owner upon approval of the rental.
Yes, you can extend your rental period at any time.
To extend your rental period, you must notify us and the owner of the vehicle at least 24 hours in advance by email. We will then confirm if the vehicle is available and approved or deny the extension of our rental.
All the restrictions for the vehicle you will be renting will be on the rental page. Additionally, upon pick up of the vehicle, the owner must notify and re-validate the restrictions.

If no gear is included in the rental, you should bring along a minimum of a helmet, as in some countries you are required by law to wear one.
Passengers are generally allowed with the rental of a vehicle that has the capacity to carry more than one person. Make sure you check for restrictions or additional charges in the vehicle rental page.
In case of a breakdown or accident you should contact the owner of the vehicle immediately and inform him or her of the situation. Depending on the extent of the damage, the owner should provided assistance, send someone to help you or point you in the direction of a shop where you can fix the vehicle. If repairs are made, make sure you keep all bills.
Once you return the vehicle if it is determined that the damage was caused by misusage, you are fully responsible to pay for the damages. If the breakdown was due to normal wear and tear, the owner should reimburse you for the fixes.
Some owners may provide pick-up and delivery services. Make sure to read the full description of the rental.

Traffic violations are usually related to driving, hence the driver of the vehicle.
